Buyer protection with PIN escrow

PIN escrow is what makes PINMart safer than buying from a Facebook group.

1. 1When you pay, your Kina is held by PIN — not sent straight to the seller.
2. 2The seller can see payment is secured and prepares the item.
3. 3You inspect the item at handover.
4. 4You confirm in the app, and only then is the seller paid.
5. 5If something is wrong, raise a dispute before confirming.
